Submitting a Report (Complaint) of Unethical Conduct by a Member of the Czech Association of Interim Management (CAIM)
- Anyone may submit a report (complaint) regarding unethical conduct by a CAIM member.
- The report (complaint) must be submitted via the form available on the CAIM website.
- Anonymous reports (submissions) will not be considered.
- The CAIM Ethics Panel will first assess whether the report (complaint) falls within its competence.
- Within 7 days, the reporting party will be informed about the next steps.
- For each report (complaint), a member of the CAIM Ethics Panel will be appointed as the rapporteur, who will lead the investigation.
- Investigation = requesting statements from the parties concerned and collecting supporting evidence.
- Within 60 days from the notification of the next steps, the CAIM Ethics Panel will prepare a Decision, including its justification and a proposal for measures (recommendations).
The Decision will be delivered to the reporting party,
the concerned CAIM member, and the CAIM Board through the Chair of the CAIM Board. - This concludes the investigation of the report (complaint) by the CAIM Ethics Panel.
Any further actions fall under the competence of the CAIM Board,
or the CAIM General Meeting in accordance with the Statutes. - Within 14 days of delivery, the recipients of the Decision may request a review by the CAIM General Meeting,
which will decide on further procedure.
