CAIM is the leading organization for interim managers in the Czech Republic. Its mission is to raise awareness and know-how of interim management and create a strong platform for the growth of high-quality managers.
Our members help companies with a wide range of challenges – from coping with a short- or long-term lack of expert staff or changes on the market, managing changes and handling important projects, to surviving rough times.
The common feature of interim management is utilization of an external specialist to tackle situations when a company does not have such expertise and capacities in its own internal resources, or it is not appropriate or possible to find a permanent candidate for such a position. Interim management can be divided into three types: change-oriented, project-oriented and substitution-oriented.
